We at EP Elec­tronic Print say YES and work every day to imple­ment this in our HMIs (Human Machine Inter­faces or oper­at­ing devices). We pro­vide our cus­tomers from indus­try, med­i­cine and many other sec­tors with every­thing from clas­sic mem­brane key­pads and touch­screens to mul­ti­modal HMIs from a sin­gle source — Made in Ger­many.

As part of a retire­ment scheme, we are look­ing for a new employee as soon as possible: 

Qual­ity Man­ager / Qual­ity Man­age­ment Rep­re­sen­ta­tive full-​time (m/​f/​d)

Your tasks:

Senior tech­ni­cal qual­ity man­ager for the com­pany (in par­tic­u­lar tQM, testing/​QA)
Fur­ther devel­op­ment and dig­i­tal­iza­tion of the QM sys­tem in accor­dance with ISO9001
QM voice in the fur­ther devel­op­ment of all com­pany processes, in par­tic­u­lar with regard to
qual­ity assur­ance and process optimization. 
Mon­i­tor­ing and pro­cess­ing of reg­u­la­tory require­ments, such as REACH, RoHS and Con­flict Min­er­als etc. 
Prospec­tive prepa­ra­tion for ISO 14001 certification 

What you bring with you:

Dynamic and digital-​savvy: You are a self-​starter and have ini­tia­tive and imple­men­ta­tion skills 
Com­mer­cial or tech­ni­cal back­ground, ide­ally with expe­ri­ence in management 
Struc­tured, care­ful and fact-​oriented way of working 
Expe­ri­ence in deal­ing with com­mon QM tech­niques, such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa 
Industry-​specific knowl­edge in elec­tron­ics, metal and/​or film pro­cess­ing is an advantage
